Organize a Food Drive

Would you like to be a part of helping Yokefellow feed those in our community who may not have enough food? Organizing a food collection drive is a great way to help support Yokefellow’s many different food assistance programs.

Donated food is greatly needed. In 2023, Yokefellow served more than 24,776 people who were hungry and in need of assistance with meals.

Are you a member of a church, club, neighborhood or other group that would like to help? If so, consider organizing a food drive. It’s easy and it can be fun!

Staples are always needed, so perhaps your group could collect dry goods, such as rice, oatmeal, saltine crackers, cornbread mix, and pasta. Canned goods are always welcomed; soups, beans, canned meat, diced tomatoes, spaghetti sauce, corn, fruit – so many options. Donations of household toiletries are always needed and appreciated.

If you would like to organize a food drive for Yokefellow, contact us and we will be happy to talk with you about the most current urgent needs.

 2024 Food Pantry Needs

It is officially Spring!

Along with additional sunlight and budding greenery, we re-energize and develop a sense of newness.

Yokefellow demonstrates newness this week with our Thrift Store transition to spring/summer and a fresh approach to encouraging Food Pantry donations.

The April and May Food Pantry menu is below that indicates the food service being provided for a full month and the quantities required in inventory to meet the current demand.
